Just wanted to say how impressed we were on Sat. night when we went on the dinner and drinks cruise. The organisation was incredible. We enjoyed the night so much and the staff were fabulous.

Yesterday I was fortunate enough to be one of your passengers on the cruise to welcome home Jessica Watson. I had 3 in my party.

I would like to take this moment to say thank you for how well we were all looked after considering the cruise was extended in time way longer than first planned.  We were made feel welcome, cared for in every way and although we were told not to bring refreshments or food, the crew were able to rustle us up a cheese roll and we had enough champagne to dull the senses. 

We had a fabulous time with your friendly crew and other like minded passengers.  Thank you for making this extended trip, way worth our while in every way.

We will be sure to look you up again when the opportunity exists.

I just had to write to you and tell you what a FANTASTIC day my family and I had onboard Magestic Two for  Jessica Watson's welcome home cruise. Your staff did a wonderful job of keeping us out there and happy while we waited for her to arrive. Then got us up as close as possible to the action. I was really impressed with the service and I will definately be mentioning your company to everyone I know. As a Sydneysider, we tend to take our Harbour for granted, but I will be returning to cruise again with your company. Well Done!!!

Just want to say a big thank you for staying out in the harbour for all that extended time so we could welcome Jessica back. It was just so awsome and my husband and I were so pleased to be a part of it.

I would like to personally thank all the staff who were involved on the 'Magistic Two Cruise' to see in Jessica Watson on Saturday. Each of the crew were polite and accommodating although they had to fill in so much time. I don't think I have actually heard so many passengers thank the staff verbally as they left the boat, as much as that day. Jessica Watson is young, but the crew of the 'Magistic Two' were also young and deserve credit for what they also did on Saturday, given the conditions in navigating the harbor in such busy conditions and keeping people happy for the duration of the extended cruise.

It is a credit to them and obviously reflects on the Management of 'Magistic Two'. I wish your 'Magistic Two Cruise' crew members all the very best for the future and your Company for providing a very pleasant day.

I just wanted to say a big THANK YOU to everyone at Majestic Cruises for a truly terrific and awesome evening. A friend and I had purchased two dinner and drinks packages and we were not too sure what to expect from our first cruise with Majestic. We had taken harbour cruises with other charter boats in Sydney and the food, staff and experience was always less that what we had expected. However the moment we boarded your cruise the first class service begun from the very first person who greeted us.

Once we were inside the boat we were greeted by another wonderful staff member who offered us a glass of champagne and told us that a waiter would take us to our table. I was also really pleased to see that groups and couples had their own private tables and seats as we assumed it would be one large communal table for all of us.

Once everyone was seated and the boat departed the fine dining experience truly started and everything was simply flawless. There was such an enormous amount of delicious food available that I was impressed you guys obviously catered to everyone and anyone. The bar service was also fast and friendly. We met a great bunch of people seated at a table next to us and when we needed some fresh air we went to the front of the boat to soak up the bright lights and views of Sydney Harbour.

All in all the entire experience was brilliant and at no point during the two and half hours did the staff or service falter – in fact every staff member we encountered went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were comfortable and all our demands were met. So another thank you to all the staff that were on board. I have been raving about you guys to my friends and family since our cruise and I am already looking forward to my next harbour cruise with you. We will try the deluxe lunch package next time – because quite frankly it would be impossible to try and beat you folks. Keep up the great work.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for the wonderful lunch cruise that was held on Australia Day 2010, on the Magistic2.

Fortunately it was hard to find fault as the food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, the service was fantastic, the music selection was great and the boat was absolutely beautiful. It has been my intention to go on a Magistic Cruise for some time now and have no regrets for choosing to spend part of Australia Day on the Magistic2.

Thank you once again for making Australia Day wonderful and memorable, I would highly recommend this cruise for anyone wanting a great day out.

My family and I (four of us) had a very memorable luncheon cruise with you. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful, and things ran very smoothly. The food was excellent in taste, variety and presentation, and your method of "delivery" ensured a fast and easy access to our lunch for all guests.

Both main buffet and desserts were delicious, and with a gentle cruise that gave us a great variety of Harbour sights, we considered it excellent value, and would be very happy to recommend it to others; certainly, we would like to cruise with you whenever we are able to visit Sydney again.

It was a marvellous start to our 6 day holiday in Sydney, and a lovely way for our family to relax and enjoy the blessings of this Season.

Had a lovely time for my husband's birthday. We were ushered to a great seat by the window, saw the best view. The meal was great. Being only seafood, fruit & veggie eaters, we were well catered for. Shall do it again.
